Verification sticker rule: every product ships with a custom verification sticker. If it's removed, damaged, or missing, any return, replacement, refund, or warranty claim is automatically voided.

How replacement works
- Record an unboxing video showing the package opening and the verification sticker's condition, plus a short video showing the fault.
- Send your Order ID and both videos to our official WhatsApp or Email support within 7 days of delivery.
- Once verified, we'll initiate a replacement dispatch or reverse pick-up.
Verification sticker rule: the custom verification sticker on the product must be completely intact. Any removal, tampering, or damage instantly voids the replacement claim.
