Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Please note that for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the delivery executive will first collect the full payment before handing over the parcel.
This is not our company's policy. It is a standard policy of our courier/logistics partner, which all delivery executives are required to follow.
Important Points:
- The delivery executive is authorized to hand over the shipment only after the payment has been successfully collected.
- Until the payment is completed, the parcel will remain with the delivery executive.
- This process is mandatory as per the courier partner's operational guidelines and cannot be altered by us.
