  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚛 Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take a little longer (up to 10 days).

📍 Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available across most pincodes in India.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel upon delivery.

🚫 Undelivered / Returned Orders

If a COD order is not accepted or returned to us due to incomplete address or refusal, future COD orders may be restricted for that customer.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • COD orders may include a small handling fee (if applicable).
