- Record an unboxing video showing the package opening and the verification sticker's condition, plus a short video showing the fault.
- Send your Order ID and both videos to our official WhatsApp or Email support within 7 days of delivery.
- Once verified, we'll initiate a replacement dispatch or reverse pick-up.

Payment Option: Cash on Delivery is available with 10% advance payment. After sharing product photos, videos, tracking ID, and invoice, a 10% advance payment is mandatory. The order will be dispatched only after receiving the 10% payment. The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.
